Chris is the Managing Director for PMA Seattle and a seasoned business leader, developer, builder, construction manager and licensed architect with over 20 years of experience in real estate, engineering, and construction. Her global career spans the U.S., Europe, and South America, with deep expertise in early stage deal structuring and entitlements in urban cores.

Chris makes something out of nothing; building businesses, taking on green fields, and rethinking what already exists. She likes round tables and believes it’s important to understand the perspective from every seat. Her varied toolbelt allows her to see how decisions impact the whole table. She believes every seat should be valued and integrated into the process of creating the built environment.

Kyle Davis, Director of Preconstruction & Estimating, JTM Construction

Kyle is Director of Preconstruction & Estimating at JTM Construction. He leads constructability reviews, systems analysis, market research, and detailed estimating on projects across the Puget Sound, and his work on cost escalation guidance and target value design puts him in front of the market forces that decide which Eastside projects pencil out and which ones stall. Over 20 years in the industry, he has watched estimating shift from paper takeoffs to modeled data, which gives him a useful vantage point on where the next 50 years might go.

Kylie Kusleika, Strategist, Gensler

Kylie is a futures strategist and executive learning specialist who studies the intersection of emerging technology, culture, and systems change. She turns complex industry signals into practical frameworks and insights that build technical fluency across an organization, from frontline teams to the C-suite. Grounded in systems thinking, her work helps leaders understand emerging technologies in context and make more resilient, future-ready decisions.

Wende is a Principal at Talon Private Capital. Since joining Talon in 2012, she has been a key leader in overseeing asset management and leasing across the company's diverse portfolio, where she has successfully managed and leased over six million square feet of assets. With over 25 years of experience in the industry, Wende has held a variety of roles that have honed her expertise in asset management, project management, leadership and delivering exceptional results for stakeholders.
